What is your return policy for parts that don't fit?
We offer a 90-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or 'tried out' on a bike to be eligible for a full refund.
Will my bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We provide a basic tool kit and instructions with every order.
