At Source BMX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a fitment issue or a change of mind, we are here to get you back on your bike as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand new, un-ridden condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 90 days of purchase.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange items within 3-5 business days.
